Breakfast we were offered included coffee and fruit. The setting was perfect.

The location was perfect, very central. Plus it was very close to the city walls once stood, so really central, about a 5 minute stroll into the main square, which is STUNNING, and which is STUNNING.

Location very close to the train station. Terrific service 100%.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Krakow very close to both Old City and Railway Station, about a 5 minute stroll into the main square and the beautiful city center. Incredibly kind staff and host, they treated us like family. There were generous sized rooms, multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area. The bathroom was clean and large here.

The place is near to the Old Town area as well as Old town square and all the restaurants. Stuff is always extremely friendly and amiable. It’s located in a beautiful building.

Had quick check-in too. Excellent and perfect setting for what we needed. Staff was attentive and best despite our late arrival.

Good prices were a plus. Our apartment was beautiful right by market square where there are endless restaurants to chose from, the old town and train and bus station and city, bars, restaurants, cafés. Staff of our accommodation was absolutely kind and outstandingly accommodating. A kitchen area and lovely big windows were available at all times.

Has big bed, slept well. It has a toaster, a cooktop and kitchenware. The location is excellent, good to explore the secure areas of Krakow. The staff is exceptionally kind, the room is new-fashioned.

Great location, within walking distance of Old Town, train station, and airport shuttle/taxi. Helpful reception staff provided useful information for day trips to Saltmines and Auschwitz. Good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms. Ease of check-in and check-out process. Balloons and wine arranged for special occasion. Convenient airport transfers. Fresh and varied breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a great stay at the Lounge Apartments! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the heart of the city. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a charming decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully functional and allowed me to prepare my own meals. The staff was generally helpful and addressed any queries I had. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Krakow.
